Desde 1996, atuo na \u00e1rea de desenvolvimento intercultural de pessoas e empresas. Como especialista em gest\u00e3o intercultural de neg\u00f3cios entre o Brasil e a Alemanha, ofere\u00e7o treinamento, Consultoria e coaching para in\u00fameras empresas de grande porte, na maioria alem\u00e3s. Al\u00e9m do foco de trabalho nos pa\u00edses <strong>Alemanha<\/strong> e <strong>Brasil<\/strong>tenho tamb\u00e9m vasta experi\u00eancia na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos em outros pa\u00edses, como <strong>Argentina<\/strong>, <strong>Chile<\/strong>, <strong>Inglaterra<\/strong>, <strong>Fran\u00e7a<\/strong>, <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, <strong>Pol\u00f4nia<\/strong>,<strong> Portugal<\/strong>, <strong>Su\u00ed\u00e7a<\/strong> e\u00a0<strong>Espanha\u00a0<\/strong>.<br><br>Para uma empresa fabricante de autom\u00f3veis, gerenciei, como\u00a0<strong>l\u00edder na Am\u00e9rica Latina,\u00a0<\/strong>eine globale Vertriebs- &amp; Marketinginitiative. Die zentrale Aufgabe war das Coaching und Training mit Fokus auf den Bereichen Produktbranding und Verkaufssteigerung. Als <strong>consultora<\/strong> in der Automobilbranche und Stahlindustrie entwickelte und steuerte  ich verschiedene internationale Know-how-Transfer-Programme f\u00fcr insgesamt mehr als\u00a0<strong>300\u00a0<\/strong>funcion\u00e1rios brasileiros na Alemanha.<br><br>Ap\u00f3s cursar Licenciatura plena em Filologia no\u00a0<strong>Brasil\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>Uruguai,<\/strong>me especializei em comunica\u00e7\u00e3o intercultural nos neg\u00f3cios com o Prof. Dr. J\u00fcrgen Bolten, na Friedrich-Schiller Universit\u00e4t em Jena, na\u00a0<strong>Alemanha<\/strong>\u00a0ein Aufbaustudium in interkultureller Wirtschaftskommunikation an der Friedrich-Schiller Universit\u00e4t Jena bei Prof. Dr. J\u00fcrgen Bolten. Teile dieses Aufbaustudiums habe ich an der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Chemnitz bei Prof. Dr. Bernd M\u00fcller-Jacquier gemacht.\u00a0In Oregon \/\u00a0<strong>USA,\u00a0<\/strong>promovidos pelo Intercultural Communication Institute (ICI), sob a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Prof. Dr. Janet Bennet e do Prof. Dr. Milton Bennet.  Em 2012, complementei minha forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica cursando  MBA (Master of Business Administration) em Marketing na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas, em\u00a0<strong>S\u00e3o Paulo,<\/strong>Brasil.<br><br>Al\u00e9m de meu trabalho de consultoria, treinamento e coaching, sou tamb\u00e9m <strong>professora <\/strong>de gest\u00e3o intercultural em diversas universidades na Alemanha.<br><br>Da Reisen nicht nur zu meinem Beruf geh\u00f6rt, sondern auch meine gro\u00dfe      Leidenschaft ist, habe ich bereits 44 L\u00e4nder bereist und spreche flie\u00dfend <strong>portugu\u00eas, alem\u00e3o, ingl\u00eas e espanhol.<\/strong>Moro em Frankfurt, Alemanha, e voc\u00ea certamente ir\u00e1 me ver com frequ\u00eancia no Brasil. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elen Mary Machado \u00fcbersetzt Kultur Elen Mary Machado, 1968 geboren und aufgewachsen in Brasilien.
